HONEST LOCKS - KEEP YOUR PRIVACY PRIVATE

Ever heard "locks keep honest people honest", but do they?

It's a saying I've heard when some of my small town friends justify when answering them they ask me why I lock my doors. I always find it odd and a bit irritating, but then there is some odd sort of argument that comes up, does locks keep our society in check?

1. Really the basics of the lock, is we are greedy and we want to keep our shit safeguarded. For me personally I think it's more not wanting my personal space invaded more than personal items. The idea of having in my personal space raises my anxiety, but there are only a few items that I would actually care about.

Quite of few people do leave their doors unlocked, with theory that if someone wants to break in they are going to do any way. I look at it as yes, those who are going to break in they will get it, but why layout the red carpet. You don't want to be a target of opportunity where those who are the "honest" type to tempted.

"GATES OF CHANGE
STAINLESS WELCOME.

COLD, ABRUPT.
SEGREGATE BELLIGERENCE.

RATTLING CHAINS
LOOKING INSIDE FROM OUT.

WANTING WHAT IS OPPOSITE
TO WHAT THIS ABOUT.

FALSE SECURITY
OF THE INNOCENT AND HONEST.

BUT WHO IS
WATCHING SECURITY."
