EDUCATED SMARTS - EXPEREINCE VS EDUCATION

So, I know what my opinion is (obviously), but I would love to know what you think? I have noticed that there is a difference between an opinion about if education is more valuable assets than experience when it comes to hiring employees? I guess too that depending on that person's experience and education, that decisions would sway.

With my experience in my field of work, the little things just don't magically get done. It seems like it because they are small and most likely completed by the most experienced. Though these little things are the most labour intensive and are done by your most trusted employees.

"Take care of the little things and the big things will come together"

This element in my opinion is vital to success. Yet, not everyone should be attentive to them. It sounds contradicting but hear me out. Attentiveness allows the planning process come together (the bigger picture), and someone has to plan or imagine the what goal are needed or how to accomplish an assigned goal.

"INATTENTIVE OF THE MOMENT
EACH FEW MAKE A WHOLE.

THE BACKGROUND MOVES FORWARD
COME TOGETHER AS A BIGGER PART

A COG OF THE MACHINE
TURNS THE MACHINE OF PROGRESS."

So, in the business world that is the reason why you see both supervisors and managers. They reflect the different sides of this spectrum, the supervisor assuring daily operations are to company standards and managers assess and direct the direction the company needs to take.
